Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries, conduct
maintenance case study and provide feasible solutions - Ensure user satisfaction by providing
technical support, troubleshooting and problem resolution services - Provide first level customer service to
corporate clients via telephone and emails - Communicating and coordinating with
colleagues as necessary - Responsible for other ad hoc/special
assignments or project
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Information
Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines - Basic IT knowledge and experience in
customer service is preferable - Good command of spoken and written English
and Chinese - Pro-active, efficient, well-organized,
team-oriented, and able to work independently - Fresh graduates will be considered
- Immediately available is preferred
