Administration Assistant / Manager
Location: Wan Chai, Hong Kong
Position: Permanent
Responsibilities:
• Provide support in administration duties including but not limit to meeting coordination, office maintenance/leasing, handle office supplies, arrange courier, expenses claim management, coordinate travels, etc.
• Assist in IT, Compliance and Payments work by liaising with external advisors/vendors and keeping record properly.
• Handle staff onboarding and exiting, payroll and all HR related administration.
• Managing and Safekeeping confidential documents in a professional manner.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above.
• With at least 3 years all round office manager / administration experience in financial industry.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
• Good knowledge on basic HR and Finance, proficiency in MS Office.
