Duties:
- Providing full range of secretarial and administrative support to the team
- Coordinate appointments, physical/virtual meetings, events and travel arrangements
- Manage database entry and maintain confidential client files
- Develop and implement administrative procedures and record systems
- Perform simple bookkeeping tasks
- Assist in preparation of business proposal and presentation materials
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any disciplines
- 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in both Chinese & English
