  • Providing full range of secretarial and administrative support to the team 
  • Coordinate appointments, physical/virtual meetings, events and travel arrangements 
  • Manage database entry and maintain confidential client files 
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and record systems 
  • Perform simple bookkeeping tasks 
  • Assist in preparation of business proposal and presentation materials 
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations  



  • Bachelor degree in any disciplines  
  • 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience 
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Fluent in both Chinese & English
