 Centre Manager 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • To provide high quality customer services at the reception
    including guest greeting, enquiry and complaint handling, appointment
    scheduling, etc. 
  • To explain company’s services & products to customers 
  • To update parents on their child's learning process 
  • To perform cashiering and basic book keeping 
  • To carry out daily administration tasks 
  • To assist in managing the operations of an education centre 
  • To Establish and maintain the long-term customer
    relationship with parents 

 

Locations: Kowloon City

Requirements:   

  • Minimum 2 years solid in sales, CS & learning centre
    management experience in similar capacity in education / learning centre 
  • Love children, good interpersonal and well-organized 
  • Aggressive team player with mature and detail-mindset 
  • Able to communicate in English & Chinese 
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Excellent people skills 
  • Problem solver 
  • Candidate with less relevant centre management experience would be
    considered as Assistant Centre Manager 
  • Immediately available
