Centre Manager
Responsibilities:
- To provide high quality customer services at the reception
including guest greeting, enquiry and complaint handling, appointment
scheduling, etc. - To explain company’s services & products to customers
- To update parents on their child's learning process
- To perform cashiering and basic book keeping
- To carry out daily administration tasks
- To assist in managing the operations of an education centre
- To Establish and maintain the long-term customer
relationship with parents
Locations: Kowloon City
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years solid in sales, CS & learning centre
management experience in similar capacity in education / learning centre - Love children, good interpersonal and well-organized
- Aggressive team player with mature and detail-mindset
- Able to communicate in English & Chinese
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent people skills
- Problem solver
- Candidate with less relevant centre management experience would be
considered as Assistant Centre Manager - Immediately available
