Senior UX/UI Designer

About The Opportunity:

As a Senior UX/UI designer, you will work closely with the product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality web and application experiences that help our customers  achieve their health goals. 

You will need to iterate on ideas quickly, and be ready to take ownership on the assets you are in charge of. You are great at prioritising tasks in a busy environment and are able to show that you can hit deadlines and exceed expectations consistently.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Fundamentals. You conceptualise, iterate, and execute on thoughtful and comprehensive designs that drive delightful experiences for our users.
• Communicate. You engage cross functional stakeholders and communicate designs and experiences at varying level of fidelity, from sketches on paper to pixel-perfect wireframes.
• Usability. You research, study, and conduct market analysis to explore the many different approaches to improve user experience.
• Collaboration. You work closely with design, product, marketing, and engineering to ensure final product reflects design vision.
• Organisation. You develop and maintain product design library for both existing and new products.Who You Are
  
• Experience. You possess 3+ years experience in UX/UI design across multiple platforms (print, web, mobile)
• UXUI Guru. You are fully fluent in graphics UXUI design.
• Portfolio. You maintain an online portfolio which demonstrates your experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered experiences across print, web and mobile platforms.
• Traits. You are highly organised, possess extreme attention to detail, and have a keen sense for aesthetics, including layout, grid system, color usage, and typography.
• Adaptability. You are flexible, can multi-task, and are able to deal with ambiguity and changes intrinsic to the business as Prenetics scales.
• Collaboration. You enjoy working in a collaborative team and working directly with Product Managers and developers for implementation of designs.
• Communication. You communicate clearly and thoughtfully and possess the ability to articulate product flows to non-designers.
• Tools. You are proficient designing and prototyping with a variety of tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as UX/UI Designer.
