Responsibilities:
- Provide difference HR consultancy service to our client on project basis. Most of them are HK based company with below 50 staffs
- Work closely with client’s senior management to translates their business goals into HR agenda, especially focus in HR policy formation, organization design, employee relation and compensation & benefit.
Requirements:
- Solid HR experience with minimum 3 years in a similar position in the business partner field
- Hands on experience on compensation & benefit in large corporation
- Good knowledge with HK’s labor laws and policies
- Passionate on enhance SME’s business performance by implement effective HR strategy
- Semi-retired HR professional are welcome
