HR consultant – Project Base (HK$20,000 – 35,000)

Highlight:

• Project base, on site and WFH working arrangement 
• Utilize your large corporate HR experience into SME environment  
• Project scale from HK$30,000 – 80,000. 50 – 70% revenue split 

Responsibilities:

• Provide difference HR consultancy service to our client on project basis. Most of them are HK based company with below 50 staffs 
• Work closely with client’s senior management to translates their business goals into HR agenda, especially focus in HR policy formation, organization design, employee relation and compensation & benefit. 

Requirements:

• Solid HR experience with minimum 3 years in a similar position in the business partner field 
• Hands on experience on compensation & benefit in large corporation
• Good knowledge with HK’s labor laws and policies  
• Passionate on enhance SME’s business performance by implement effective HR strategy 
• Semi-retired HR professional are welcome
