About the Role

  • Manage and handle business travel arrangement
  • Manage transportation related matters (Shuttle bus, parking arrangement, company car wrapping arrangement, fuel card and autotoll)
  • Assist in implementing the company policies of environmental issues
  • Coordinate and work with the vendor and user departments to maintain the service standard
  • Provide guidance to sub-ordinates in setting and achieving the service standard
  • Prepare reports on expenses, office budgets and other expenditures
  • Implement the best and effective practices in administrative functions
  • Organizing special functions and events for the company
  • Perform ad hoc projects and tasks as required

About You

  • Higher Diploma or above with at least 1 years of relevant experience in administrative support is preferred 
  • Fresh graduates will be considered
  • Strong sense of responsibility and proven ability to work independently and under pressure 
  • Team player with good communication and time management skills 
  • Hard working, detail-minded, proactive and able to multitask 
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese 
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge and MS Office
