Recrutitment Researcher
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Researcher, you will be fully trained and supported by the most experienced senior for industrial knowledge and practice. .
Responsible for searching and screening from database and other sources of channel for jobs matching.
Build positive relationships with candidates to gain referral from candidates.
Utilizing the recruitment tools to advertise positions and recruit candidates as well as identifying suitable candidates via database searching
Receiving and reviewing applications, arrange interviews and shortlisting candidates for consultants or seniors.
Responsible for pre-placement/post-placement follow-up tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelors' Degree with at least 1 year experience of working experience.
High self-motivation
Teamwork and passion in people business
