Recrutitment Researcher

Responsibilities: 

 Reporting to the Head of Researcher, you will be fully trained and supported by the most experienced senior for industrial knowledge and practice. .

 Responsible for searching and screening from database and other sources of channel for jobs matching.

 Build positive relationships with candidates to gain referral from candidates.

 Utilizing the recruitment tools to advertise positions and recruit candidates as well as identifying suitable candidates via database searching 

 Receiving and reviewing applications, arrange interviews and shortlisting candidates for consultants or seniors.

 Responsible for pre-placement/post-placement follow-up tasks.

Qualifications: 

 Bachelors' Degree with at least 1 year experience of working experience. 

 High self-motivation
