Be a Customer Services Professional, join our Customer Care Program. We are currently hiring Customer Care Program - Associate to join our Customer Care Centre. This is a great opportunity for one to start a career in the insurance industry while being coached, trained and developed to provide quality customer service related to Life / General Insurance and Claims to our valued customer professionally, achieving customer satisfaction. This one-year program equips one with all the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to become a Customer Service Professional. Successful candidates with satisfactory performance should have the opportunity of permanent employment.
After the program, you will acquire the skills and experience via on-the-job training:
- Providing professional customer service to Life / General Insurance and Claims enquiries via different communication channels
- Knowledge in Life / General Insurance
- Effective communication and negotiation skills in customer centric mindset
- Empathetic problem-solving skills to handle complaints and resolve disputes
