This one-year program equips one with all the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to become a Customer Service Professional. After the program, you will acquire the skills and experience via on-the-job training:

• Providing professional customer service to Life / General Insurance and Claims enquiries via different communication channels
• Knowledge in Life / General Insurance
• Effective communication and negotiation skills in customer centric mindset
• Empathetic problem-solving skills to handle complaints and resolve disputes
