 Your role 

You will be responsible for handling escalated complaints concerning respective customer service commitments. 


Your major duties include: 

Ÿ To handle hotline calls and complaints cases escalated from 1st tier team members and provide solutions to tackle customer's requirement 

Ÿ To jointly work with other departments and identify possible solutions to settle the case 

Ÿ To assist Team Manager in statistic reports compilations 

Ÿ To consolidate feedback from team members and make recommendations to the management for improvements on operational efficiency 


To succeed in this role 

Ÿ Relevant customer service or complaint handling experience in telecom industry preferred 

Ÿ Candidate without experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Care Officer 

Ÿ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

Ÿ Good analytical and problem solving skills 

Ÿ Resilient and positive attitude, result-oriented 

Ÿ Highly responsible and capable of working under pressure 

Ÿ Proven ability to communicate
(written & verbal) in English and Chinese 


Working hours 

Ÿ Mon-Fri, 0900-1830 (Sat, Sun & PH off)
