Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Distribution Centre for daily orders releasing, and progress monitoring
- Work with Principals to handle delivery and collection arrangement in a timely basis
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to both Principals and internal stakeholders in an accurate manner
- Ensure the accuracy of all inventory-related records and reports in the accounting and management operating system
- Assist Department Manager on inventory counts during stock take and provide support in other areas within the same department
- Follow department’s policies and procedures (includes ISO requirements), and assists staff with ad-hoc requests
- Liaise with different departmental managers and Principals on ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration, or any related discipline
- At least 1-2 years working experience in logistics service / purchasing / service industry
- Knowledge of warehousing methods and procedures, of inventory and stock control record keeping, of automated inventory-control systems will have an advantage
- Good organizational skills and have the ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
