Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Distribution Centre for daily orders releasing, and progress monitoring
  • Work with Principals to handle delivery and collection arrangement in a timely basis
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to both Principals and internal stakeholders in an accurate manner
  • Ensure the accuracy of all inventory-related records and reports in the accounting and management operating system
  • Assist Department Manager on inventory counts during stock take and provide support in other areas within the same department
  • Follow department’s policies and procedures (includes ISO requirements), and assists staff with ad-hoc requests
  • Liaise with different departmental managers and Principals on ad-hoc tasks

Requirements: 

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration, or any related discipline
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in logistics service / purchasing / service industry
  • Knowledge of warehousing methods and procedures, of inventory and stock control record keeping, of automated inventory-control systems will have an advantage
  • Good organizational skills and have the ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
