Job Description
- Responsible for daily operations in Front Office
- Handle guests' enquiries or complaints
- Supervise Front Office team to perform and maintain good service to guests
Job Requirement
- Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in Hotel Front Office operation
- Knowledge of Opera system is preferred
- Good customer service and problem solving skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediately available is preferred
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Service Supervisor
