Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, training & development and employee relations etc.;
• Assist in formulating and implementing related policies and procedures;
• Prepare, review and analyze various regular or ad hoc reports;
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years’ of working experience in the HR field;
• Good understanding of HK Labour Ordinance and related regulations is an advantage;
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently;
• Excellent PC skills using PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
• Experience in using FlexSystem is an advantage;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer;
• Immediately available is preferred.
