Responsibilities:
- Provide support for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, training & development and employee relations etc.;
- Assist in formulating and implementing related policies and procedures;
- Prepare, review and analyze various regular or ad hoc reports;
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirement:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- At least 5 years’ of working experience in the HR field;
- Good understanding of HK Labour Ordinance and related regulations is an advantage;
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently;
- Excellent PC skills using PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
- Experience in using FlexSystem is an advantage;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer;
- Immediately available is preferred.
