Your role

  • To provide professional customer services to clients via phone calls / email / live chat;
  • To handle customer inquiries and fulfill customer requests in areas including dining reservations, travel planning, shopping services, entertainment, sports, recreation & special events
  • To manage communication with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner
  • To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Work Location: Shatin (near MTR City One Station / Shek Mun Station)
  • Shift duty between 09:00 -24:00 (48 working hours per week)

To succeed in this role

  • HKCEE / DSE graduate or above
  • Fluency in Japanese in both written and spoken is a MUST
  • Effective communication in written & verbal English & Chinese
  • Keen interest in lifestyle living
  • Customer-oriented, good telephone manners & problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
