Your role
- To provide professional customer services to clients via phone calls / email / live chat;
- To handle customer inquiries and fulfill customer requests in areas including dining reservations, travel planning, shopping services, entertainment, sports, recreation & special events
- To manage communication with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner
- To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Work Location: Shatin (near MTR City One Station / Shek Mun Station)
- Shift duty between 09:00 -24:00 (48 working hours per week)
To succeed in this role
- HKCEE / DSE graduate or above
- Fluency in Japanese in both written and spoken is a MUST
- Effective communication in written & verbal English & Chinese
- Keen interest in lifestyle living
- Customer-oriented, good telephone manners & problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
