Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the shipment of suppliers' orders , with a primary focus on ocean /air freight
- Handle full set of shipping documents & I/E declarations and ensure compliance with all HK government regulations and documentation requirements
- Maintain effective communication with overseas suppliers to provide timely updates on shipment status and obtain shipping document on time
- Collaborate with internal team and support on any issue that arise within the shipping processes
- Order fulfillment & inventory management ensure accurate data input accordance with ERP
- Work closely with various shipping companies, logistics service provider and banks in relations to orders/shipments/payments
- Experience of various payment method i.e. DP, T/T,L/C etc.
Requirements:
- Degree or associate degree with at least 5 years of shipping experience
- Capable to handle business email communication in English with overseas customers
- Knowledge or experience of food labeling, retailing or FMCG industry is an advantage
- Good interpersonal, communication, statistical and analytical skill
- Proficient Excel user with functions such as Pivot Table and Vlookup
- Willing to learn, problem solver and team player personality
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese including Mandarin
- Immediate available preferred
