Officer- Merchandising Department (Fonzen Food)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the shipment of suppliers' orders , with a primary focus on ocean /air freight
• Handle full set of shipping documents & I/E declarations and ensure compliance with all HK government regulations and documentation requirements
• Maintain effective communication with overseas suppliers to provide timely updates on shipment status and obtain shipping document on time
• Collaborate with internal team and support on any issue that arise within the shipping processes
• Order fulfillment & inventory management ensure accurate data input accordance with ERP
• Work closely with various shipping companies, logistics service provider and banks in relations to orders/shipments/payments
• Experience of various payment method i.e. DP, T/T,L/C etc.

Requirements: 

• Degree or associate degree with at least 5 years of shipping experience
• Capable to handle business email communication in English with overseas customers
• Knowledge or experience of food labeling, retailing or FMCG industry is an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication, statistical and analytical skill
• Proficient Excel user with functions such as Pivot Table and Vlookup
• Willing to learn, problem solver and team player personality
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese including Mandarin 
• Immediate available preferred
