Customer Officer - Live Chat / Email (Shatin)

Job Description:

- Handle customers' inquiries via phonecalls and multi digital channels, e.g live-chat, email, social media to ensure customers' satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to sell or retain customers during interactions
- Follow pre-set procedures and workflows to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Adhere to requirements, policies, guidelines, and procedures set by the company and other appropriate partners
- Proactively learn and stay updated with the latest knowledge related to the job responsibilities
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Shift duty within 08:30-19:00 / 14:00-00:00

Job Requirement:

- HKCEE / DSE graduate or above
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute in both Chinese and English
- Clear voice with a friendly and helpful tone
- Customer-focused, proactive, and eager to help and sell products/services
- Knowledge on mobile products and services is an advantage
- Knowledge of common PC software applications
