Job Description:
- Report to the Marketing Director and assist in overall strategic planning and comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Support the team in implementing marketing campaigns to drive property sales and revenue.
- Identify and develop relationships with potential business partners to expand market reach.
- Conduct competitive market analysis and research on the latest wellness technologies and paradigms to provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis.
- Execute ad-hoc marketing duties as assigned to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of marketing and communication-related experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Enthusiastic and ambitious individual with strong business acumen.
- Self-driven multitasker who can work under pressure and pay attention to details.
- Outgoing with excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to Zhuhai, China, and other countries occasionally.
