Job Description:  

  1. Quality Assurance: Build and establish a quality assurance system for the company's products. Develop processes and regulations for testing implementation and quality assurance to ensure safe and stable delivery during product upgrades and technical iterations. 
  2. Test Framework Development: Create a testing tools and methodologies system. Research and introduce new testing tools, frameworks, and methods. Continuously optimize testing processes to improve automation levels and enhance testing efficiency. 
  3. Team Management: Manage the testing team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and team building. Develop a growth plan and work schedule for the testing team aligned with the company's business objectives. 
  4. Cross-Department Collaboration: Establish close collaborative relationships with product, development, and operations teams to ensure that testing requirements are fully understood and met. Participate in product and technology planning meetings and solution review meetings, providing testing perspective suggestions and feedback. 

Job Requirements:  

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
  2. Work Experience: Over 8 years of experience in software testing and development, with at least 3 years in a testing management role. Experience in large internet companies or well-known software enterprises is preferred. 
  3. Professional Skills: Proficient in software testing theories, methods, and techniques. Familiarity with various testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner) and automation testing frameworks. Understanding of modern software development processes, including DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). 
  4. Leadership and Management Skills: Excellent leadership abilities to guide the team in completing complex projects. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to inspire team morale and promote team growth.
