Part-Time Accounting Clerk

  Responsibilities:  

• Perform daily general accounting duties and operations  
• Follow up and verify documents, handle accounts payable/receivable 
• Handle payments (issuing cheques, expenses claim and reimbursements of petty cash) and performing bank reconciliation 
• Responsible for data entry and maintain documentation and filing 
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned 

  

Requirements:  

• Diploma holder with LCCI Level 3 
• 1-2 years relevant experience 
• Good at communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing 
• Well-organized, Independent and Self-motivated 
• Knowledge in MYOB an advantage 
• Minimum day of work per week should be at least 3 days 
• Immediate available is highly preferred
