Job Info
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily general accounting duties and operations
- Follow up and verify documents, handle accounts payable/receivable
- Handle payments (issuing cheques, expenses claim and reimbursements of petty cash) and performing bank reconciliation
- Responsible for data entry and maintain documentation and filing
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with LCCI Level 3
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Good at communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Well-organized, Independent and Self-motivated
- Knowledge in MYOB an advantage
- Minimum day of work per week should be at least 3 days
- Immediate available is highly preferred
