Senior HR Specialist (Training)

• Work closely with management to strategize and implement training initiatives.
• Create effective training programs tailored for all employee levels.
• Design and deliver courses aimed at improving leadership skills.
• Assess talent to determine specific training requirements.
• Assist in programs focused on nurturing future leaders.
• Generate reports and keep precise records of training activities.
• Collaborate with external experts to enrich training offerings.
• Other adhoc projects as required. 

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Training and Talent development or equivalent.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, iWork, and e-Learning tools.
• Trainer certifications (e.g., DISC, MBTI) preferred.
