Job Info
- Work closely with management to strategize and implement training initiatives.
- Create effective training programs tailored for all employee levels.
- Design and deliver courses aimed at improving leadership skills.
- Assess talent to determine specific training requirements.
- Assist in programs focused on nurturing future leaders.
- Generate reports and keep precise records of training activities.
- Collaborate with external experts to enrich training offerings.
- Other adhoc projects as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Training and Talent development or equivalent.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, iWork, and e-Learning tools.
- Trainer certifications (e.g., DISC, MBTI) preferred.
