Business Development Manager/Executive

Job Requirements

• Prospective university graduates with bachelor's or master's degrees.
• Majors in business administration, finance, economics, risk management, or other relevant fields are preferred.
• 4 years or more of full-time work experience to be considered as a BD Manager; less experienced will be considered as a BD Executive.
• IANG / TTPS / QMAS / Dependent visa holders are welcome to apply (must be legit to work in Hong Kong).
• Fluency in oral and written Chinese (Cantonese or Putonghua) or English is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, eager to learn, and reliable.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide business development and lead generation activities for our strategic alliances.
• Identify potential customers and network with different communities.
• Attention to detail of market conditions/trends and stays informed of development for relevant industries.
• Identify value-added services for customers, combining the respective scope of areas of expertise with our partners.
• Hands-on experience with effective relationship management and communication techniques with relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
