leader to lead the ADAN division with the objective of driving business growth
and increasing overall profitability. At ADAN, we are committed to making a

specializing in Custom and Eco-Friendly merchandise. 

  

The Role:  

This DIRECTOR OF
BUSINESS AND SALES DEVELOPMENT position will be a leadership role solely
responsible for strategic development and driving the overall business strategy
for ADAN. If you are a Business, Sales and Product marketing
professional, outside-the-box thinker with a strategic and creative mindset, this
position is for you! 

  

Responsibilities: 

· Business development:  

Develop
strategic business plan and grow volume in targeted markets 

Keep up with
newest market trends to keep company at the forefront of the industry 

  

· Sales development: Generate sales
leads, customer base development and expand key markets 

· Marketing development:
Develop strategic marketing collateral with targeted content creation 

· Client
development: Customer focus & relationship building,
client meetings and networking   

· Product development:
Product sourcing, develop sales presentations, build product lines  

· Web development: Digital
marketing and social media update and campaigns 

· Staff management: Problem
solve, supply chain management, project delegation & collaboration  

  

Requirements: 

· Self-driven with proven Sales and
Marketing experience  

· Strong leadership with
exceptional management skills  

· Project minded with
strong strategic and creative thinking abilities 

· Growth focused and hands-on
leader with the ability to perform with competing priorities
