Founded in 2018 by a passionate chef in Hong Kong, Bain Marie is a Food Tech company aiming to provide healthy and tasty food to its customers on a daily basis.
Our entire logistics is built around eco-responsibility. We have developed a way to keep your dishes warm in jars for 3 hours after delivery. Our glass jars, enamel platters and wooden trays not only bring an authentic design and a homemade touch in harmony with our recipes but are infinitely reusable and washable.
Our activity is divided in two main segments
- Catering for events or corporate: Most of it for High-End customers such as Yachting, Banks, Private parties…
