田舍家 INAKAY

Inakaya sits high above Hong Kong on the 101st floor of the International Commerce Centre. The restaurant lobby boasts an autumn harvest scene, exuding warmth and comfort. Just past the wine library is a chic bar with a mirror that reflects a spectacular view of the city. The décor evokes a modern Zen interpretation of a traditional sake brewery—complete with sake barrels, dark wood furniture and wenge flooring—providing an authentic Japanese atmosphere. The main dining area features a raised platform and movable screens, further elevating the incredible ambience. 

海賀鐵板燒 KAIKA

Kaika’s pedigree is impeccable. It’s the first teppanyaki restaurant in Hong Kong that hails directly from Japan, bringing the cuisine of the legendary Ginza Teppanyaki Kaika, Tokyo, to Tsim Sha Tsui. Each day, top-notch ingredients, such as Hida wagyu tenderloin and Hokkaido crab legs, are flown in fresh from Japan to the kitchen on the 19^th floor of The ONE, where experts in Japanese cuisine oversee the preparation.
