Art Studio Operator

Location – Central

 

We are looking for a Art Studio Operator to join our fun and exciting team. Reporting to the Manager, this is a leadership role in our operation team and will work alongside other teammates to ensure the delivery of a wonderful art experience for our guests. The Studio Operator will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the studios, including general maintenance, art workshop launches, studio health and safety, team performance and brand delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

- To manage the maintenance of the Brand to a high standard 

- Maintain the studio areas to a high standard to ensure the quality of the customer experience and safe environment for all staff and guests

- To lead the implementation and delivery of interactive service, by supporting the operations in all aspects, in line with the company’s business objectives and values

- Lead art workshop launches and organize events closely with Sales & Marketing

- Develop training and development plans for the operation team to expand their skillsets

- Any other ad hoc duties as required

- This role is strategic as it is creative and is crucial in driving traffic count through our workshops that are the core of the business

 

Requirements

- University Degree in Fine Arts or related disciplines (Fresh graduates are welcome)

- Fluent in English is a must

- Effectively verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work through complex data or situations to see the bigger picture

- Be practicing artist with strong art portfolio

- Enjoy and dedicate themselves to stable and long-term careers

- Must be responsible, cheerful, friendly, energetic, motivated and love working with people
