(GCE) is a Hong Kong based company founded in 1976 and is one of the leading companies in providing civil, geotechnical and construction materials engineering, and physical & chemical testing of construction materials inclusive of concrete, cement, steel, soil & rock and welds.

Began with a small professional consultancy with only eight engineers and technicians, GCE has now grown to include several hundreds staff with four branch offices, providing professional services with state-of-the-art equipment and instrument for a wide range of projects both locally and overseas.
