入職要求︰
● 良好英語;良好粵語; 一般普通話;懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 良好電話技巧
● 熟悉文書處理 Ms Office (Word, Execl, PowerPoint),Google Sheet
● 謹慎細心、做事踏實、誠實有禮、善於溝通
● 有較強的責任心
● 負責日常秘書、行政工作
● 具電腦操作知識
● 具備秘書及行政工作經驗優先

Job Description
Secretary of Insurance Agency Unit
- 5 days of work per week.
- Flexible working hours.
- Providing Administrative support, including organization and daily office maintenance, email communication, filing, correspondence, copying, etc.

Skills and requirements:
- Degree holder is preferred
- Secretarial or administrative experience is preferable but not essential 
- A good team player with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese 
- Good computer literacy, Excel is a must (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheet, and Outlook).   
- Organizing daily email communications to ensure enhanced effectiveness and efficiency.

- Immediate availability is preferred
- Part-time/ Full time would be negotiable
