Job Summary/PurposesThis is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual. As the customer service officer at Soundbrenner, you will be the first interaction point with our customers. You will provide support for product related question and delivery information requests. You will also assist with of our order fulfillment to ensure our customers received their orders in a timely manner.  

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily customer inquiries and complaints via calls, emails and social media platforms (including facebook / instagram / weibo / zendesk) regarding per-sales enquiries and after-sales issues;
  • Co-ordinate with shipping and logistic partners to arrange for order shipments;. 
  • Follow up after-sales service issues include but not limited to delivery, order cancellation and return order arrangement;
  • Manage order processing cycle with other departments;
  • Support daily operations and office management;
  • Prepare reports for managerial use;
  • Marketing & Product tasks supporting;
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned;

Requirements:

  • Familiar with CS tools like Zendesk;
  • Form 5 / DSE graduate or above, degree holder would be an advantage;
  • 1 year experience in customer service industry;
  • Experience in e-commerce / online store operation is preferred;
  • Effective customer handling and problem solving skills;
  • Knowledge in computer applications e.g. Internet, MS Office words, Excel, PowerPoint and social media platforms;
  • Good telephone manner, customer-orientated, inter-personal skills & serving attitude;
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, willing to learn, able to work independently;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Speedy and accurate English & Chinese typing skills;
  • Fresh graduates will be considered and provided with professional training;
  • Immediate availably is highly preferred.
