e-Commercial Customer Service (Full Time-WFH)
Job Description

Responsibilities
- -Handle customer enquiries and service requests in a good manner through email, online platforms and phone calls
- -Maintain and update website and social media platform
- -Follow up after sales service issues
- -Provide general administrative and clerical support, perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Form 5 or above / Fresh graduates are also welcome
- At least 1 years of customer service experience, ideally in the online retail industry
- Good independent working ability, calm judgment, able to have a goal and a strong sense of self-discipline for personal work is a plus
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good PC knowledge and typing skills 30 wpm
- Customer-focus, flexible, fast learner, and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal, communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and independently with little guidance
- Work on shift is required
- Immediate available is preferred
Working Hours:
- 5 days work week (Shift & WORK FROM HOME)
- Working time: 9:00am - 6:30pm
