e-Commercial Customer Service (Full Time-WFH)

Job Description

We are a very fast growing fashion e-commence company. To take our content marketing to the next level, we would like to invite passionate & creative people to explore, learn & grow with us! Our customer service team is full of activity and happiness, and is ready to wait for you to join!

Responsibilities

 

  • -Handle customer enquiries and service requests in a good manner through email, online platforms and phone calls
  • -Maintain and update website and social media platform
  • -Follow up after sales service issues
  • -Provide general administrative and clerical support, perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above / Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • At least 1 years of customer service experience, ideally in the online retail industry
  • Good independent working ability, calm judgment, able to have a goal and a strong sense of self-discipline for personal work is a plus
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC knowledge and typing skills 30 wpm
  • Customer-focus, flexible, fast learner, and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and independently with little guidance
  • Work on shift is required 
  • Immediate available is preferred



Working Hours:

  • 5 days work week (Shift & WORK FROM HOME)
  • Working time: 9:00am - 6:30pm
