 ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT  

(PART-TIME able to work 2-3 days a week) 

  RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Provide general administrative service, up-to-date filing system 
  • Assist reception duties and logistic arrangement 
  • Responsible for telephone calls and email correspondences 
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment 
  • Assist to handle the accounting duties such as invoicing and petty cash 
  • Assist to handle the recruitment and update personal information 
  • Handle the secretarial duties 
  • Perform Ad-hoc and personal tasks as required 

REQUIREMENT   

  • Form 7 or above qualification in Administration or relevant 
  • Min 2 years admin / secretarial / human resources service experience 
  • Experience in account book-keeping is an advantage 
  • Good PC knowledge including MS Excel/Word/Chi word processing and PowerPoint 
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese 
  • Well organized, attention to details, independent and sensitive
