- Working hours:
- Saturdays 9am - 12am & 1pm - 6pm at the office
- Sundays 4 pm - 6 pm at the office or home office
Duties and Responsibilities
- Dealing with inquiries from parents and visitors at the front desk, email and phone;
- Handling daily operations (e.g. class rescheduling, invoicing, etc);
- Providing assistance to teachers or to students;
- Assisting in ad hoc tasks if necessary
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, detail orientation, organizational skills and computer literacy, self-motivated, well-organized, efficient and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese required, Putonghua is a definite advantage).
- Competent in computer applications such as MS Office and Google Apps.
- Previous work experience in schools or language centers is preferred.
- Ability to deal and maintain a professional relationship with parents, teachers, and students. Courtesy and respect towards third parties is a must.
- Able to work positively and effectively with internal and external parties
- Ability to understand students' needs and concerns regarding the class arrangement.
- Immediate available is preferred
