工成範圍:

  • 於政府部門工作,支援文書處理,如:更新資料庫、處理信件、紀錄存檔等
  • 與不同部門及服務供應商溝通,協助上司跟進項目進度
  • 接聽電話及解答市民查詢
  • 協助上司處理臨時任務

要求:

  • 中學畢業或以上
  • 完成公開考試五科合格
  • 1 年文職或資訊科技工作經驗
  • 良好中英文書寫能力
  • 熟悉電腦操作、中英文打字
