Responsibilities:
· Support the daily operation of sales department;
· Follow up project materials and schedule;
· Follow up tender procedure;
· Administration and ISO record support;
· Handle ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
· Form 5 / DSE education;
· Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
· With a minimum of 2 year relevant working experience;
· Knowledge in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
· SAP is a definitely advantage not essential;
· Detailed-minded, good problem solving skills; positive attitudes and enthusiasm;
· Able to work independently, positive and self-motivated.
