 職責: 

· 分類和分發所有郵件 

· 收集和分配內部部門的郵件 

· 協助郵資蓋印外發的郵件 

· 安排快遞公司交付發送的郵件 

· 管理郵件室的服務和電話查詢 

· 一般辦公室事務 

· 執行指派臨時指派的工作 

資歷要求: 

· 具有1 年或以上相關工作經驗;曾於大型機構任職優先考慮 

· 一般辦公室事務 

· 能操基本英語 

· 良好溝通技巧 

· 細心勤奮、盡責  

· 歡迎應屆文憑試畢業生申請
