Leasing clerk
Responsibilities:-
· Handlefull range of leasing administration works such as prepare tenancy agreements,licence arrangements, reports and other related leasing documents
· Responsible for all leasing matters includingnew sites acquisitions, lease renewals of existing stores and handle propertymanagement issues;
· Conduct market research for recommendation innew locations and market rent for reference;
· Liaise and maintain excellent relations withbusiness partners such as the Developers, Landlords, Management Offices andsolicitors;
· Maintain filling system and provide clericalsupports
Requirements:
· Min. 1-2 years related experience
· experience in shop chains is an advantage;
· Estate Agents is an advantage
· Good command of spoken and written Englishand Chinese;
· Attentive to details and capable to workunder pressure;
· Well organized, multi-tasking and pro-active;
· Excellent presentation, communication andnegotiation skills
· Immediately available is preferred.
