 Job Responsibilities 

· Handle full set of China and Hong Kong Companies documentation duties. 

· Prepare statutory documents and relevant minutes to ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements 

· Prepare and maintain statutory records 

· Handle ad hoc matters assigned 

  

Requirements 

· Diploma or degree holder with 2 years working experience 

· Proficient in the use of PC especially in Outlook and Excel are MUST 

· Pleasant, detail-oriented, self-initiative, excellent communication skill, strong sense of responsibility and able to work multi-task and work independently 

· Good in written and spoken English, and basic at Putonghua.
