Recruitment of Full Time/Part-time Project Officer(PO) for Kids' Learning Club

 Job Description:  

Reporting toCentre Director, the PO will lead KLC Project, including FREE Tutorial Classes (Mon, Wed, Fri~Time:1630-1800), Family Sunday Programs (Every Sunday~Time:1630–2000,pre-dinner English classes and parenting workshops), Day Camps (Easter, Summer and Christmas seasons); and Outreach visits: 

  

J1. Planning,implementing and evaluating ALL of the KLC programs;  

J2. Monitoring, updating, reporting the services with good volunteers’ management; 

J3. Supervision of the 2-3 table captains(volunteers) to serve the dinner, suggest the foodmenu is preferable; 

J4. Directingthe kid’shomework tutorial classes as well as the Sunday English classes; 

J5. Outreachvisits of those kids of Sunday Family Dinner and make referrals (normally 2times per month).  

  

Requirements: 

R1. Universitygraduated or above, excellent in verbal and written English andChinese.  

R2. Passion in underprivilegedkids and families mainly, and elders. 

R3. Teamworkmindset, good communication skill and coordination work.  

R4. Problemsolving with analytical mind. 

R5. Retiredteachers / fresh graduates are also welcome to apply (as Assistant PO). 

R6. Experiencein Charity NGOs with family and/or kids setting is preferable. 

  Work Duration: 

Full-time: 44 hours per week (4-hr a shift), Sunday~Time:1400–9:00pm, Monday to Friday~1000-1800, Outreach(Thu)~Time: 1900–2200. Mostprobably, PO will be off on Saturday.
