Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer services in-shop and maintain brand image
• Familiar with jewelry-related professional knowledge
• Understand customer needs and provide professional product information/advice
• Participate in stock management and replacement to maintain the floor display area and merchandise
• Maintain the highest standard of the store environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year relevant jewelry experience, previous experience in high-end fashion brands will be an advantage
• Excellent customer service skills
• Energetic, positive and self-motivated
• Good interpersonal skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Associate

Remuneration Package and Benefits:
