Responsibilities:
- Performing general administrative matters including but not limited to booking of vehicles and conference room and meeting arrangement, handling of project related statistics and returns in the related project team(s)
- Assigning in consolidating inputs from various sections and external parties on project matters such as design, implementation programme and cost estimates etc.
- Performing records management duties such as filing, indexing, cross referencing, maintaining proper bring up system, opening of files and loose minutes, records storage and files disposal of project teams etc.
- Extracting papers and minutes of meetings of the conference and incorporate them into relevant files for action and reference; and retrieve relevant information from old files
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Grade D or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syl. B) in the HKCEE, or Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE, or equivalent (Please indicate your related result on CV)
- Fluent in Cantonese and have good spoken and written Chinese and English
- At least 1 year’s full time post-qualification working experience
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Work, Excel, Power Point and Chinese typing
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday :09:00-18:00
