- Degree or above;
- 4 years or above experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in banking/ telecommunication industries;
- Responsible to manage teams to perform customer analytic activities including customer targeting and response tracking;
- Work closely with internal parties to ensure effective campaigns implementation with tracking for reviews and improvement;
- Experience in ETL process is required;
- Proficient in SAS, SQL and VBA would be an advantage;
- Responsible to manage teams to managing customer database;
- Candidate with less/ more experience will be considered as Assistant/ Senior Customer Analytics Manager.
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: HK$30-55K (depends on candidate’s experience) + discretionary bonus;
- 5-day work;
- Working location: Quarry Bay;
- Good fringe benefits e.g. medical, banking holiday, etc.
