· Promote and sell overseas properties
· Provide high quality of pre-sale and post-sale services to clients
· Provide professional property and tenancy consulting services to clients
· Develop & maintain relationship with customers
· Discover potential clients and market
· Assist in preparing proposals, reports, presentation and leasing particulars
· Coordinate sales and marketing activities
· Support ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· No EAA License is required
· 0-3 years of relevant experiences
· Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
· A good team-player, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Works well under pressure, highly motivated to outreach goals and targets
· Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
· Required to work on weekends and holidays
